Constantin Marin has joined Nuspan Flooring as Contracts Manager, strengthening an already established site support team.

Constantin started working in the construction industry 15 years ago, with experience in groundworks, civil engineering and in the precast industry as a precast designer. His hands-on approach has pushed his career to the current direction: managing contracts on site, and liaising with customers’ site teams, design teams and subcontractors alike.

In Constantin’s opinion, Nuspan’s circular economy during production and zero waste during the installation process is second-to-none and cannot be matched by any other precast floor system currently available. He is a big advocate of prefabricated products and strongly believes this is the only way the construction industry can develop.

Outside work, Constantin enjoys DIYing, and he has recently taken an interest in woodworking. He’s passionate about cars and motorsport, and although he’s yet to find a hobby to take him outside the home at the weekend, he’s considering metal detecting.
