Nuspan Flooring has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2022 Offsite Awards, which celebrates construction companies who are at the forefront of the industry in terms of innovation and expertise.

Nuspan has made the cut in the Best Use of Concrete Technology category, for our exemplar use of precast concrete.

As an offsite-manufactured system, our structural insulated closed floor panels deliver excellence in terms of material, time, labour and cost efficiencies. We can offer an uplift in build speed of up to 500%, a labour saving of up to 83%, and an elimination of onsite waste when compared to traditional methodologies.

We have also been selected as a finalist for Private Housing Project of the Year, for our work with Roofspace Solutions, Lovell and the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, for a project in the Nar Ouse Regeneration Area of King’s Lynn.

The project uses an innovative mix of modern methods of construction (MMC), including Nuspan’s precast flooring and the i-House™ from Roofspace. Together, the two offsite systems are speeding up overall delivery compared to traditional methods, creating a benchmark for a new generation of sustainable, energy efficient and desirable places to live.

As one of the leading industry awards, being recognised at this level is a reflection of the high standards which can be achieved when two leading British offsite manufacturers choose to work together, share knowledge and employ a ‘lessons learned’ approach, rather than competing.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Coventry on 20th September 2022.
